Historically, the “white stone” refers to stones that were given to victors at games for entrance to celebratory banquets.  Would you receive one from God to enter heaven?  Would it have your name on it?  What would you need to do to get one?

“The hidden manna is given to those who conquer” points to those who endure persecution.  How would you respond if you were being persecuted?
