We are free not because of our own efforts but because of Christ’s redeeming love on the cross and follow the true Gospel.

It’s easy to try to take things into our own hand when we are desperate.  Here is a lesson to trust God and turn anguish into praise.

Paul pleaded with the Galatians not to be persuaded by false teachers so as to “shut them out.”  Paul’s concern for them had always been to grow up from infantile mentality.  How’s your spiritual growth process been lately?

Paul’s sincere ministry of the Gospel to the Galatian Christians were borne out by genuine love.  How may we imitate that attitude?

Having tasted God’s goodness, Paul tells us that we would never be fully satisfied going back to our former life.  Yet the illusionary lure has always been so real.  How do we keep ourselves from turning back?

God’s timing is always perfect for He alone knows.  How does this help you to trust God more?

We are truly the body of Christ, and each a part of it.  

As we are helped, let us not shrink back in helping others. Paul exhorted us that this is not a task to be done individually or independently but “working together with him.”

Paul pleaded with the Corinthians to be genuine ambassadors since they have now been “reconciled to God.”  Let’s do likewise.

Only those who are made new are recipients of the call of new covenant ministry.  Check your status: have you received the call?
