Psalm 122

The joyful arrival at the “house of the Lord” indicates a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment.  What would your joy be?  

Isaiah 2:1-5

God’s purpose will triumph for his people, when nations will be gathered and prophecy will be fulfilled, but his people must walk in the light of the Lord.

Psalm 122

May ours heart be filled with God’s joy as we look toward that heavenly Jerusalem, giving thanks to Him (v4), interceding for Israel and all of God’s people (vv6-9).

Matthew 24:3-14

Our Lord’s concern was with consistent preparedness in godly living rather than with dates of His coming again.  What is yours?

What are “the deeds of darkness” we are to put aside and “the armour of light” we are to put on?  What does it mean to “clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ” (v14)?
